At SOMAPER Mali, we believe that access to sustainable energy and climate-resilient solutions is essential to driving inclusive economic growth and improving livelihoods across our communities.Our mission is to develop scalable renewable energy, rural electrification, and green entrepreneurship initiatives that deliver measurable social impact while remaining commercially sustainable.Through initiatives such as Lighting Our Rural Communities, our agroforestry platform, and mini-grid development projects, SOMAPER works to strengthen energy access, climate resilience, and local economic development in Mali and across the AES region.Our long-term vision includes improving access to clean energy for more than 5 million people, supporting over 1.2 million school-age children, creating green economic opportunities for women and youth, and contributing to significant reductions in CO₂ emissions through sustainable energy and land restoration initiatives.
